Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 June 2026. These terms apply to all orders placed through this website.

1. Who we are

aectec is a trading name of AEC600 LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16446779). Our registered office is 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. You can contact us by email at sebs@aec600.co.uk.

2. These terms

These terms and conditions govern the sale of goods through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer — nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under law that cannot be limited or excluded.

3. Ordering and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy the goods listed in it. After you place an order we will send an acknowledgement email — this confirms we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance.

A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you (or, for orders containing several items, when each item is dispatched, in respect of that item). We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example where an item is unavailable, where we identify a pricing or description error, or where we cannot verify payment — in which case we will notify you and refund any amount already paid in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the applicable rate. Any delivery charge is shown clearly before you confirm your order.

Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

Where a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we are not obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Estimated dispatch times are shown on each product page and vary by product. Orders are fulfilled directly from our distributors' warehouses, so items in a single order may arrive in separate parcels. See our delivery information page for details. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellation and returns

As a consumer you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details, including how to cancel and the model cancellation form, are set out in our returns and cancellation policy.

7. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If goods are faulty or misdescribed you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Contact us at sebs@aec600.co.uk and we will put it right.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses (including loss of profit or business interruption) — this website is intended for consumer purchases.

9. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A delay in enforcing any right is not a waiver of it. These terms, and any contract formed under them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
