Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. If you enter a non-UK address at checkout we will not be able to accept your order.

A flat delivery charge applies to each order. The amount is shown on the product page and again at checkout, before you pay.

Orders are dispatched from our distribution partners' stock. Dispatch times vary by product and by the warehouse an item ships from; if an item is not available to dispatch promptly we will contact you.

Orders are dispatched directly from our distribution partners' warehouses. If your order contains items fulfilled from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate parcels and at different times — you will not pay extra for split deliveries.

Where the carrier provides tracking, we add it to your order as soon as it becomes available. You can check progress at any time via the order link in your confirmation email, or from your account if you have one.
